Located on a hilltop at the end of a cul-de-sac with private gates and a large circular courtyard, the property is horseshoe-shaped with a sparkling saltwater pool, and jacuzzi is located in the center with lush, tranquil gardens, sculpted fountains, hand-painted murals, and multiple private verandas. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises with coffee and onsite chef-prepared breakfast or spectacular sunsets with Mediterranean-inspired wine pairing dinners! Over 4 acres with 2 impeccably styled living rooms with dramatic ceilings, a formal dining room, and a fully equipped Chef’s kitchen where our in-home renowned Chef looks forward to creating fresh Farm-to-fork culinary experiences for your guests!
The main level has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, including a full bath located on the pool patio. The primary suite has a huge glass walk-in shower facing outdoors to mature shade trees and lush landscaping, creating the feel of a private indoor/outdoor shower experience. There is also a large soaking tub and a massive walk-in closet. A second bedroom has a bath ensuite. Two other bedrooms have Jack-and-Jill bathrooms. There are 10 beds in total (including 4 rollaway beds), and sleeps 20 people max. Gatherings maximum 75 people.
The 2nd level is located below the main level and was transformed into a Man Cave from a multi-car garage that includes a pool table, ping pong table, foosball, and a custom-designed home theater with 12 recliners and surround sound.
